1 hour violin lesson with Robert Rozek

Fees: $1930 for 18 lessons

Lessons are offered Monday through Sunday. Lesson times are to be arranged with the teacher.

Masterclasses will be conducted by the Head of the Violin Department, Robert Rozek, a graduate of the Juilliard School of Music where he studied with Ivan Galamian. He later continued his studies with Franco Gulli in Siena and Nathan Milstein in New York, Zurich, Germany and Italy. Mr. Rozek made his debut at age 15, playing the concertos of Mozart and Bach with the Alexander Schneider Chamber Orchestra in New York, and has since won critical acclaim for his solo performances in Salzburg, Zurich, New York, Helsinki, among other significant musical centres. His conducting career began in Europe where he was musical director of the Luzerne Chamber Orchestra in Switzerland.

Mr. Rozek is an internationally recognized violin teacher and has given masterclasses in Siena, Jerusalem, Lusanne, New York, and San Francisco. He was formerly on the faculties of the University of Miami, Miami-Dade Community College-Wolfson Campus and Margess International in St Mortiz, and was director of violin masterclasses in Yverdon, Switzerland

Students performing in masterclasses will be expected to attend classes on a weekly basis.

VAM students registered for Individual Instruction are eligible to enroll in the following supplementary classes at no extra cost:
